🦋 Choji is currently in beta — join early and help shape the future of ticket creation

Install Choji

Get from zero to generating tickets in under 5 minutes.

! Before you start

  • Google Chrome (or any Chromium-based browser like Edge, Brave, Arc)
  • A Choji accountsign up here (takes 30 seconds)
  • An AI API key — you'll need an API key from your AI provider. The extension uses your key directly — we never store or proxy it.
1

Download the extension

Download the Choji Chrome extension package. It's a .zip file — don't unzip it yet on some systems, Chrome can handle it directly, but we recommend unzipping.

2

Unzip and load into Chrome

  1. a Unzip the downloaded file to a folder you won't delete (e.g., ~/Extensions/choji)
  2. b Open Chrome and go to chrome://extensions
  3. c Enable "Developer mode" using the toggle in the top-right corner
  4. d Click "Load unpacked" and select the unzipped folder
  5. e You should see the Choji butterfly icon appear in your extensions bar
3

Configure the extension

  1. a Click the Choji icon in the toolbar, then click "Settings"
  2. b Enter your AI API key from your provider
  3. c Log in with your Choji account credentials
  4. d The extension will automatically fetch your team's ticket format
4

Set up your ticket format

Before generating tickets, your team owner should configure the ticket format in the dashboard.

  1. a Go to Dashboard → Ticket Format
  2. b Add your ticket sections (e.g., Summary, Steps to Reproduce, Expected/Actual Behavior)
  3. c Add an example ticket so the AI knows your preferred style
  4. d Configure your GitHub repository (e.g., your-org/your-repo)
5

Try it out!

Go to any page with customer messages — Intercom, Slack, an email — highlight the text, and click the Choji butterfly icon. Watch as it generates a perfectly formatted ticket in seconds.

Free plan: 5 tickets per day per team. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited.
